The SYS.CON® extrusion module H2000
Latest hot melt technology from Germany. All mounting and supply borings are compatible to Nordson® H200/H400, TenPlus®, UES® H100 and H300.
The module geometry corresponds to Nordson® H200/H400. The module body is made of brass. Needle and seat are made of stainless steel 1.4305.
A long service life is achieved by the sealing packing of superior quality between hot melt and air area that can do completely without any mechanical fixing parts within the area due to its construction. In this way the hot melt can flow troublefree and will not stick to obstacles like springs or similar parts and incrust.
The Viton o-ring used in the air area of the piston disk has a far higher service life than normal disk sealings.
A setscrew adjusts the spring stroke that can be reduced to zero.

The SYS.CON® extrusion module BF2000 shows all advantages of the module type H2000, however it does not close by spring but by air.
This results in quicke times, precise, repeatable beat length in multi-module cofiguration without fine tuning.
The module is compatible to ITWDynatec®.
