In most cases the reason for the death of a hotmelt hose is a broken temperatur sensor. Apart from normal wear and tear broken sensors and cables can appear by mechnical forces – e.g. continuous movement. These damages appear spontaneously; a preventing maintenance is impossible. Upto now the stop of production line caused by broken hoses was not avoidable. Even having a suitable sparepart on stock, production failed for at least 1 hour by disassmbly of the old hose and installation, heating and exhaust of the new one - a very high cost factor! Here the innovation of SYS.CON®seizes: „TopSwitch“ this problem solves, since there are two spatially and electrically from each other separate sensors. If the first sencor precipitates, second can be activated immediately by simply switching. Production can continue immediately, without the descibed time delays. That means it actually cons with a "TopSwitch"- hose two hoses .
